Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Business information: your business name, business type, currency, and timezone.
• Team member information: the name, email, and role of anyone you invite to your organization.
• Uploaded documents: photographs or PDFs of supplier invoices you scan, and the purchase data our AI extracts from them (supplier names, product names, prices, quantities, invoice dates and numbers).
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Provide the service — extracting data from your scanned invoices, tracking your purchases and inventory, and generating price alerts.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Communicate with you about your account (e.g. password resets, billing).
• Maintain the security and reliability of the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run Bnoli AI. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Your account data and uploaded documents are stored here.
• Anthropic — the AI provider whose models read your uploaded invoice images to extract purchase data.
• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe, not us, handles your card details directly.
• Vercel — hosts the application itself.

We don't share your data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in — nothing else. We don't currently use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking cookies.

We collect anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics (via Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited, the referring site, country, and device type. This doesn't identify you personally.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g. billing history) for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@bnoliai.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

Bnoli AI is a business tool intended for use by adults operating a business. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
