These terms govern your use of Bnoli AI, a purchasing and inventory management service for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Bnoli AI lets you photograph supplier invoices; our AI reads them and extracts the purchase details, which we use to track your inventory, compare supplier prices, and flag price increases, unusual prices, and possible duplicate invoices.
AI extraction can make mistakes. Always review extracted data before relying on it for business decisions — we make reasonable efforts to keep extraction accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up, and keep it up to date. One organization is intended to represent one business.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Your business data — your purchases, inventory, suppliers, and uploaded invoices — belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, we delete your data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.
You may stop using Bnoli AI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other users.
Bnoli AI is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made based on AI-extracted data, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
